The idea is simple but profound: If you can improve just 1% each day, that compounded growth can lead to extraordinary results. 

It's like adding one small pebble to a jar every day.

It may seem insignificant at first, but over time, the jar fills up, and you have something substantial.

A friend of mine took this philosophy to heart.
